• A refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your reservation.
• Full payment is due at time of arrival, prior to departure. Service does not begin until payment is received and paid in full.
• Cancellations made less than 2 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
• All passengers must be 18+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• No illegal substances or activities are permitted on the bus.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
• Excessive intoxication may result in service termination without refund.
• Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle.
• Passengers 21+ may bring and consume alcoholic beverages.
• Valid ID must be presented upon request.
• All alcoholic beverages must be consumed inside the vehicle.
• The driver reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals.
By booking with Hotlanta Party Bus, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You assume all risks associated with transportation and party bus activities.
• Hotlanta Party Bus is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss.
• You release Hotlanta Party Bus from any claims arising from your use of services.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hotlanta Party Bus from third-party claims.
• All terms and conditions apply to ALL PASSENGERS before, during, and after services are rendered and it is the responsibility of the event host that ALL accompanying passengers are aware and understand all the terms and conditions provided in this contract.
• Routes and stops must be agreed upon at time of booking.
• Additional stops or route changes may incur extra charges.
• The driver has final authority on all route decisions for safety reasons.
• Vehicle substitutions may occur due to mechanical issues.
Hotlanta Party Bus is not liable for delays or cancellations due to:
• Severe weather conditions
• Traffic accidents or road closures
• Mechanical breakdowns beyond our control
• Acts of God or other unforeseen circumstances
The deposit will be forfeited if:
• The charter does not return to the original destination within 30 minutes of the specified time stated within the contract.
• The bus is left trashed or damaged.
• Smoking cigarettes, vape, or any illegal substances.
• Non removal of bodily waste/fluids.
